Urbanized Land in Plav - Montenegro

ثلاث قطع أرض صغيرة بمساحة ما يقارب ال 250 م2 لكل منها, متلاصقة ومرخصة لبناء بيت خاص عليها بمساحة 100 م2 وبناء طابقين. الأرض تطل على بحيرة بلاڤ ومتواجدة على اطراف مدينة بلاف الريفية والهادئة.

مدينة بلاف تقع شمال الجبل الأسود بماحاذاة بحيرة بلاف وعدد سكانها تقريبا 4000 نسمة معظمهم من البوسنيين المسلمين. تبعد عن العاصمة بودغوريتسا 110كم, ومعدل درجة الحرارة فيها هو 24 درجة.

Three small plots of approximately 250 m 2 each, attached and urbanized to build a private house on it with an area of 100 m 2 and two floors. The plot overlooks Lake Plav and is located on the outskirts of the quiet, rural town of Plav.

The city of Plav is located in the north of Montenegro, adjacent to Lake Plav, and its population is approximately 4000 people, most of whom are Bosnian Muslims. It is 110 km from the capital Podgorica, and the average temperature is 24 degrees.
